Our Bakery Space
A compact yet powerful 100 sq. ft. workspace, thoughtfully designed for efficiency and precision. Outfitted with NSF-certified surfaces, dedicated equipment, and properly stocked consumables, it meets the regulatory standards necessary for a licensed North Carolina home micro-bakery. Despite its modest footprint, the space is capable of producing hundreds of loaves each week, thanks to a focused, dedicated team committed to consistency, craft, and uncompromising quality in every bake.
